We are committed to providing products of the highest quality to meet our customers' needs. To ensure this, we have robust systems in place to communicate material specifications, certifications, and all handling and storage conditions at the time of material handover.
We invest in premium-quality packaging materials and work with international logistics partners to serve our customers efficiently. While every precaution is taken to deliver products that meet your requirements, there may be rare instances where a product does not fully meet expectations. In such cases, please contact us with your concerns, and we will make every effort to address them on a priority basis. If no alternative solution is available, we will either replace the product or issue a refund or account credit, based on your preference.
Any issues with one or more products must be reported within 45 days of receiving the shipment. Although we will continue to review and address product-related concerns after the 45-day period, refunds or account credits cannot be issued beyond this timeframe.
